What is the benefit in Online Giving?

Online giving offers convenience to you, the giver and supports your desire to faithfully support the ministries of Ridgewood Church. The consistency of regular online giving also helps the church plan more effectively.

What is Direct Debit?

Direct debit is a secure electronic transfer of an authorized payment from your checking or savings account into Ridgewood Church’s bank account. Direct debit may also be referred to as electronic funds transfer (EFT), Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer, direct payment, automatic bill payment, automatic debit and electronic payment.

How could I use Online Giving?

Online giving can be used for one-time or recurring giving to Ridgewood through automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings account either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or a one-time gift. There is no charge for using this service. In order to give online you will need to set up a one-time profile which will then allow you to establish amounts, frequencies, and fund designations of future giving. Click here. to begin.

Is online giving safe?

We use the strongest level of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption supported by web standards.

May I make a one-time donation?

Yes, you control the frequency of your donation, one time or recurring. It’s your decision.

How often do I have to make a recurring donation?

You choose the start date and how often you want to give.

How will I know the transaction occurred?

As you complete the online transaction, you will receive a confirmation that you can print for your records. If you provide an e-mail address as part of your profile then e-mail notifications will be provided for each gift as well. Finally, all donations will appear on your Ridgewood Church Contribution Statement, mailed to your home quarterly.

What if my circumstances change or I change my mind?

You may cancel Online Giving at any time.
