"BRIDGES" are the smaller congregations of our church fellowship. These adult groupings have been established according to generational stages of life. Their purpose is twofold: to provide a place of belonging and to provide a place of growth. Socials, caring, and fellowship activities all contribute to a sense of belonging. Teaching and small group gatherings are designed to stimulate growth. Take a look at general descriptions listed below then select the Bridge that best meets your current stage of life and needs. THE RECONNECT
The Reconnect group is an extension of Student Ministries, and is for college & career age single adults, ages 18-25 (or so). The group is co-led by Rhonda Phillips, ronzp@aol.com. CAREER BUILDERS
Career Builders is for career age single adults in their 20’s. The Bridge Pastor for this group is Katherine Long, kjlong_14@yahoo.com. This group meets in the Library.
HONEYMOONERS
Honeymooners are engaged and married couples. Bridge Pastors are Greg and Joan Dattilo, herbie@usfamily.net. They will meet in the lower level Room 200.
FOUNDATIONS
Foundations is an adult bridge aimed at young families with children kindergarten age and younger. Interim Bridge Pastors are Tim O’Neill, treoneill@yahoo.com & Amy O’Neill, aoneill12@yahoo.com. This group meets in Room 205.
COMMON GROUND
Common Ground is composed of adults generally ranging in age from mid 30’s to mid 40’s. Their kids are in elementary to junior high school. Bridge Pastors are Jim Kirchner, jim@kirchnercorp.com and Kathy Kirchner kathyk2@usfamily.net .

M & M's
M&M’s means Married and More. These folks are probably in their 40’s, some having already passed the big “Five-O”! Most of their children are in Junior or Senior High or college. Bridge Pastor is Tammy Schwartz tbs63131@msn.com. M&M’s meet in Rooms 206/207.
BOOMERS
Boomers range in age from 50’s to early 60’s. Children of Boomers are primarily college age and beyond. Bridge Pastors are Jim Luedtke james.luedtke@cgi.com & Debbie Luedtke deborah.luedtke@state.mn.us. Boomers meet in Room 104.
EXCEL
Excel is comprised of empty nesters, most in their 60’s and beyond. Bridge Pastor is John Samuelson, jsamuelson1@comcast.net. This bridge meets in the Fireside Room.
AMBASSADORS
Ambassadors are mostly retired folk, ages 70 and beyond, who serve our church and the greater community in a wide variety of ways and places. Bridge Pastors are Larry Thompson, l.d.thomps@att.net and Thompson, sthompson@ridgewoodchurch.info.

WOMEN OF WISDOM
